The address decides the final comparison
In Dallas-Fort Worth, city, county and school district lines do not always match. A home with a Plano address can sit in a different school district than the city name suggests, and a neighborhood close to one city can sit in another county. The same is true where Celina and Prosper meet: a few communities near that line are split between the two, so the city and the school district can differ from one street to the next. Before you choose, we verify the city limits, county, school district, taxing entities, any PID or MUD, the HOA, utility providers, road plans and the actual commute for the specific address.
Tour your finalists at realistic times of day. A city that looks farther away on a map may work well with a hybrid schedule, and a new community can feel unfinished or exactly right once you experience it in person.
